Our in-house Maintenance Team ensures properties are guest-ready by addressing all issues and conducting regular inspections. Services include A/C repairs, water heater replacements, painting touch-ups, light bulb changes, leak fixes, and more.
We provide and refill all guest amenities at every check-in, including towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, water, coffee, tea, sugar, and toilet paper.
Our fully trained and licensed Cleaning Team offers both general and deep cleaning services for properties, as well as additional cleaning services for guests if needed.
Who pays for the cleaning and maintenance of my property?
Cleaning is covered by guests, except when the owner is staying. Maintenance is part of general upkeep, paid for by the owner unless caused by guests or staff.
Are your cleaning and maintenance teams qualified?
Yes, our teams are fully licensed and trained to the highest standards. We only outsource specialized maintenance tasks.
What if something gets broken while my home is being cleaned?
If any of our staff accidentally breaks something during cleaning, we will fix or replace it at no cost to the owner.
How quickly can issues be sorted?
We aim to resolve all maintenance issues within a few hours. Major issues may take up to 24 hours while we wait for parts.
Would I have to provide cleaning supplies?
Generally, no. We provide all necessary supplies to ensure timely and effective cleaning.
